The mission of the Miss Greater Hazleton Scholarship Organization (MGHSO) strives to provide opportunities to S.E.R.V.E. (Scholarships, Education, Responsibility, Volunteerism & Empowerment) within the region. Our goal is to give the youth and young adults opportunities for self-development and options for unique family events in the community. MGHSO serves as mentoring program in the Hazleton Area instilling values of community service and giving back to the community to make a difference. MGHSO supports others to gain confidence, grow personally, improve interview and public speaking skills, develop a resume, share their talent, gain scholarship and excel in service.
