The Miss River Valley Scholarship Organization is a 501(c)3 exempt organization in Minnesota that inspires young women to realize their best potential. We mentor them to obtain scholarships and support them in achieving their goals through education and service to others.
As an official preliminary competition to Miss Minnesota and the Miss America Organization, Miss River Valley Scholarship Organization is part of a movement that empowers young women to reach for the stars for these titles and their life goals. We help them to develop their skillset, connect it to their education, and provide a platform to put it all into motion for their future.
Miss America Organization, the largest educational assistance provider to young women nationwide, inspires its participants to socially impact their community’s quality of life and foster citizen education with an initiative all of their own.
The Miss River Valley Scholarship Organization's goal is to live the Miss America Organization motto: “Prepare great women for the world. Prepare the world for great women.” We have our titleholders and participants actively pursue the Four Points of the Crown: Style. Service. Scholarship. Success.
These points drive Miss River Valley Scholarship Organization, each candidate, and titleholder to use their talents and create relationships. They prompt us to nurture young women in their education, encourage the performing arts, cultivate healthy lifestyles, and promote and unite our community.
