Missouri Girls Town serves girls from across the entire state of MO who have been removed from their homes due to severe abuse and neglect and placed in the foster care system. The trauma that these girls have experienced has been so severe that it manifests itself in the form of negative behaviors, which makes placement in traditional foster care settings extremely difficult for success. Most of the girls who are referred to MO Girls Town have sadly been in 9-11 foster care placements before being referred to MO Girls Town for extensive theraputic residential rehabilition. MO Girls Town's campus is located just outside of Kingdom City MO. The campus includes: living quarters, dining hall, recreational center, an on-sight school and more. On site therapists and staff work diligently to provide help, support and hope to the girls they serve, with the hopes of providing them with oppoortunities for a successful future.
