Mount Carmel High School is a boy's high school founded in 1900 and is located in the Woodlawn Community of Chicago near the future location of the Obama Presidential Museum and University of Chicago. Young men from over areas served by over 100 different zip codes attend Mount Carmel. The school has recently undergone renovations to classrooms on 2 floors of the original building turning them into 21st century learning centers.
