My name is Elisabeth Reigle  and I am a parent of a child who attends Mundelein Cooperative Preschool, a local school that has been serving families from many communities for over 70 years.  MCP is unique, in that our school is run by parents who volunteer their time and energy in order to ensure the educational success of our children.  

Our school is a not-for-profit organization and relies on various fundraisers to boost our limited budget.  Our most important event is the “For the Kids” Auction, will be held this school year from March 24-31, which typically brings in about 75% of the funds we need annually.  The “For the Kids” auction has been held for over 20 years, and is attended by many parents, alumni and community members every year.

I am writing to invite you to donate an item or a gift certificate towards our “For the Kids” Auction. Our parents appreciate your generosity in investing in our children’s success.  For that reason, we do our best to let all of the community know you support this great cause.

Your business will benefit from your donation to our great cause in the following ways:

Your business will be recognized in all promotional materials received by MCP parents, alumni, community leaders, and attendees. 
Your business will be acknowledged in MCP’s newsletter, the “Cookie Press.”
