My Possibilities (MP) stands as a beacon of empowerment and opportunity for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Our organization's unique purpose is rooted in unlocking the untapped potential of every individual we serve, whom we affectionately refer to as "Hugely Important People" (HIPsters). We are dedicated to providing tailored educational, vocational, and life skills programs that cater to the specific needs of adults with IDD, offering them opportunities for growth, independence, and meaningful engagement.
At MP, we serve a diverse community of individuals with IDD, including those transitioning from high school to adulthood and those seeking to enhance their vocational skills and independence. Our programs cater to individuals aged 14 and above, ensuring a continuum of support throughout different stages of life. Through our holistic approach, we address various aspects of personal development, including health and wellness, social-emotional growth, independent living skills, vocational training, and creative expression.
We serve our community through a range of initiatives, including our Lifelong Learning program, Career Exploration Program, and Employment Innovations School. These programs provide participants with hands-on experiences, personalized support, and tailored curriculum to help them achieve their goals and realize their full potential. Additionally, we actively engage with local businesses, educational institutions, and community partners to create inclusive environments and foster a culture of acceptance and belonging for individuals with IDD.
