The National Federation of the Blind of MA knows that blindness is not the characteristic that defines blind children and adults and does not define their future. Every day we raise the expectations of blind people, because low expectations create obstacles between blind people and our dreams. We are an organization of blind individuals advocating for blind individuals. We distribute white cans to those new to vision loss. We also provide scholarships for blind students pursuing higher education. We also hold seminars to help the blind find employment in the community.
