CCPOM is a non-profit organization that provides support for families of twins and higher order multiples. We are members of the National Organization of Mothers of Twins and the Northern California Mothers of Twins Club. As part of our mission, we maintain a Helping Hands Fund for community emergencies. Additionally, we have several annual fundraisers specifically targeted to help local family-oriented charities.
