NATIVE HEALTH's mission to provide accessible holistic patient centered care, to empower our community to achieve the highest quality health and well-being. For over 40 years NATIVE HEALTH has been serving the urban Indigenous community and all those individuals and families that are underserved.
What began as a grassroots Community Health Nursing Project in 1978 has grown to 3 locations around Phoenix-area, providing medical, dental, behavioral health and many other ancillary services. The agency functions to incorporate culturally sensitive and relevant programs. Additionally,
NATIVE HEALTH is adamant about addressing all the barriers that can negatively influence one's quality of life, this includes food insecurity, preventative services, transportation, connection to additional social service programs, education, workforce, and legal advice.
