NHSSN creates and fosters partnerships with residents, business leaders, and governmental entities. Our goal is to help low to moderate-income individuals and
families in Nevada attain affordable housing. We pursue this goal by creating homeownership opportunities through the development of affordable housing, homeownership education, and neighborhood revitalization.
We were founded in 1992 in North Las Vegas, Nevada. Neighborhood Housing Services of Southern Nevada’s (NHSSN) mission and purpose is to provide affordable housing, homeownership, education, and neighborhood revitalization throughout Southern Nevada to low to moderate-income individuals and families.
We are a HUD-approved housing counseling agency and a dedicated partner to committed residents, business leaders, and government representatives. NHSSN is proud to be the first NeighborWorks America organization in Nevada and most recently an affiliate of UnidosUS Nevada.
