The Nelson County Health Services Foundation is 501-C non-profit with the main purpose of raising funds to support the Nelson County Health System.
The Nelson County Health System is based in rural McVille, North Dakota and serves 7 communities in our county. NCHS is a vital part of our county as it is the only medical option within 45 miles. It is comprised of a Hospital, two clinics, Care Center and Assisted Living.
Without assistance from the Foundation, Nelson County Health System would not be able to purchase the needed equipment to stay relevant with today's medicine.
