NEST+m is the only K-12 public school located in New York City solely dedicated to the education of gifted and talented students. It has more than 1,800 students from all five boroughs. Our school is committed to providing not just an outstanding academic education for our students, but to creating programs that support their growth as scholars, artists, and citizens of the world.
The NEST+m PTA exists to support this unique public school by providing funding for services and programs the school desperately needs but is unable to provide. Please help us raise more than $80,000 for teaching assistants, Singapore Math materials, Teachers College Reading and Writing Program partnership and curriculum, Visual and Performing Arts support, textbooks, musical instruments, and professional staff development. In addition, the PTA funds faculty advisors for NEST+m’s myriad of academic and sports clubs, as well as numerous other programs such as dance residencies and visiting author series.
