NEST Cafe is a nonprofit, pay-what-you-can restaurant whose mission is to nourish bodies and community by providing delicious, sustainably sourced food to all who enter, regardless of their means.
NEST Cafe (Nourish Everyone Sustainably Together) is committed to creating community across the ecomomic spectrum by having people from all finacial avilities in the same place eating the same delicious, nutrient-dense food. Our menu changes daily to reflect seasonal, local ingredients. We offer a suggested donation amount for our meals. Customers may pay that amount, more, less, or volunteer for their meal. All volunteers eat for free so no one knows if someone is volunteering because they need a meal or for other reasons. Everyone eats with dignity, whether they are an attorney, college professor, struggling single-parent, food insecure or homeless.
