The New England Crisis Negotiators Association (NECNA) is a non-profit organization that provides training, support and resources to law enforcement crisis/hostage negotiators from Maine to Connecticut. Each year, NECNA holds and annual conference consisting of presenters and experts in crisis/hostage negotiations from around the world. To help offset conference costs, each year the organization reaches out to area businesses for support in terms of donated items for our conference raffle.
