The New England Crisis Negotiators Association (NECNA) is a non-profit organization of specially trained member of law enforcement directly involved in crisis negotiations. These individuals come from various law enforcement backgrounds and transcend many agencies. We represent the local, state, county law enforcement entities, as well as correctional facilities, from across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, and Connecticut. We are supported by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and are part of the National Council of Negotiation Associations (NCNA).
