New Horizons is non-profit agency with a history of 68 years of service to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We annually serve 1200 individuals who reside in the Greater Los Angeles areas including the San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valleys. We provide life-changing programs and support such as independent living skills, residential homes, employment readiness, lifelong learning and community service. Our mission is to empower people of all abilities to reach their potential and further enhance their inclusion in the community.
