We are contacting you on behalf of the New Monmouth Elementary School PTA in hopes that you will consider a donation towards our Annual Gift Auction which will be held on April 29th, 2023.
Our elementary school enrolls 500+ students in a district that relies heavily on donations to fund the very many great tools and opportunities we afford our children. The donations that our PTA receives provide our students with:
Classroom Technology/Chromebooks
New Monmouth’s Autism Program
Field Trip Expenses (entrance fees and bussing)
Theater Week (a week-long theater program with a final production)
Playground Equipment
Building Improvements (exterior signage, cosmetic improvements)
Field day
Classroom Assemblies
Although we hold various fundraisers throughout the year, our Annual Gift Auction has proven to produce the largest source of funds that we use to provide our children with the tools and experiences that put them on the path to success.
Please join us in making this year’s gift auction another success with your donation. Whether it is a gift certificate, monetary, tickets, and/or merchandise, your tax-deductible donation is greatly appreciated. All donations will be listed in our auction booklet to show our 300+ guests your loyalty and commitment to our students.
