NVT is a remarkable non-profit organization because of its people: those that work here and those that are supported. Dedicated to providing exceptional housing, care and support to more than 50 people with complex physical and developmental disabilities, we understand the importance of a sense of belonging, quality care and support in a home-like environment. We work tirelessly alongside government ministries, community members and loved ones to achieve this goal.
Our passionate, talented and dedicated team provides around-the-clock, individualized care that promotes and nurtures the growth and development of those we serve. We believe in helping people establish meaningful relationships, engage in stimulating activities and pursue meaningful work opportunities within their community.
