Niagara Hospice will evaluate each life-limiting diagnosis for hospice eligibility, an important benefit that provides comfort, dignity and specialized care for terminally ill patients. When Niagara County patients, families and caregivers enter our program, we provide a customized care plan and personal support to manage symptoms, deliver caregiver relief and maximize quality of life and precious time together for as long as possible.
