At Night Lights, we have served families with children who have special needs in the Denver Metropolitan area for over nine years. Night Lights is a respite organization for families who have children with special needs and their siblings. Each child is paired one-on-one with a trained, background-checked volunteer. There is a nurse on-site for all Night Lights events to tend to the children with medical needs. Each evening, the children enjoy a variety of activities such as sensory and gross motor play, arts and crafts, pet therapy, and movies. Night Lights is currently offered in three Denver Area communities including Arvada, Littleton, Broomfield one time per month, year-round at no cost to the families.
