Founded in 1983, Noah Homes is leading the way into the future for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. As a nationally recognized best practice model, we have been pushing the boundaries of innovative residential care, advocacy, and inclusive community services. A few of our milestones and successes:
· We are a nationally recognized leader in education specifically to support individuals with developmental disabilities
· Created training modules to allow our care providers and other agencies to have person-centered relationships with their residents
· We built two of the first Memory Care Homes in the country specifically designed for people with developmental disabilities
· The development of a social group that connects adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout San Diego County and beyond, Noah’s PERCH
Above all, Noah Homes prioritizes a strong sense of community, purpose, and healthy living, fostering an atmosphere where joyous connections and life-enriching activities flourish. We offer one of the only social models of care in the state of California that allows residents to live and thrive in a community setting with their peers. In our 40+ years of service, over 160 residents have experienced this exceptional love and care we are known for.
