Forester Elementary PTA Joins the mission of National PTA. Texas PTA's campaign and mission are to take a fresh approach to "back the future" - a phrase so well known and used by our volunteers; it has become synonymous with PTA in Texas. The campaign builds upon the firm foundation of the original expression and expands its meaning: PTA is not an exclusive club defined by any one person. We are a vibrant group of people from all walks of life, representing the diversity within our communities. Forest PTA's mission is to make every child's potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children.
