Mission Statement: North Star Family Services provides stable housing, comprehensive services and advocacy for families in need of support.
North Star is an emergency shelter that is in operation 365 days per year, around the clock to serve homeless families. The program provides shelter, meals, clothing, intensive case management, and educational training to help families get back on their feet. A small staff and hundreds of volunteers make it possible to help the most vulnerable families in our community. The shelter can only stay open to provide these vital services through the good graces of private donations, fundraising, grants, and corporate donations.
On behalf of the staff, board of directors, volunteers, and families of the North Star Family Services I would like to ask you for your help with an auction item donation for our upcoming “Bidding on New Beginnings” online auction.
Your donation is tax-deductable. Upon receipt of your gift, we will provide you with a donation receipt for the value of the item.
