The North Stars Gymnastics Team is comprised of dedicated young women, ages six to eighteen years, who have a love for the sport of artistic gymnastics. Training at the North Stars Gymnastics Academy in Boonton, New Jersey, these committed young women practice nine to thirty hours per week in order to perfect their skills in the four women’s gymnastics events: vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise. These gymnasts participate in local invitational competitions and some of these athletes qualify to compete in state, regional, and national level meets. As a result of their dedication and hard work, these young women develop strong bodies, minds, and a commitment to success. They learn focus, self-discipline, organization, and persistence, skills which will follow them throughout their lives. NSACG is a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to support our young athletes, at all levels of the USAG teams, regardless of individual achievement, competitive standing, or ability. We raise funds to enter and send the gymnasts, with their coaches, to competitions, while supplying them with the equipment necessary for training.
