Our Parent Teacher Organization of North Warren Regional School is located in Blairstown, New Jersey. We are a not for profit/tax exempt organization as defined by IRS Code 501(c)(3). Our tax ID is 47-4282834. Through its commitment to education, North Warren PTO fosters a positive relationship among the students, school families, and community which will engage and empower every child to reach their potential. These past few years, North Warren Regional School has been struggling to fund several programs due to the New Jersey Department of Education cutting the budget drastically. This school aid cut affected programs, including STEM and Robotics, which are needed for our children to stay competitive. We are also in need to upgrade and replace aging technology that is not covered in our current budget, including a purchase of a projector for the Auditorium. To achieve this, our PTO will be holding a Tricky Tray on November 5, 2022 at North Warren Regional School, 10 Noe Road, Blairstown, New Jersey 07825, with doors opening at 6:00 p.m. Gift Certificate(s), Gift Baskets of Gift Products, Admission Tickets and/or Monetary Donation from your business are very much welcome. The success of our fundraiser is dependent on the success of our event, raffling off donations and the sale of the tickets the night of our event. 100% of the funds raised will go towards the programs directly benefiting our children and our North Warren community. North Warren Regional School District’s demographic includes three sending elementary schools, a middle school and a high school. The students are made up of a good percentage of special needs and low income. Our building hosts several functions within the schools and community. It is used when hosting various functions, when a larger venue is needed in the vicinity. We host several programs for the special education students during the summer. During the school year, we hold plays and events open to the community and specialized viewing for the Senior Citizens. Our PTO partners with students and are involved in so many community service that are held in our building, such as an Annual Safe Trick or Treating, Holiday drive for Food Pantries, Toy Drive, Meal Chain for those in need, Senior Citizen Shows, providing Santa visits during the Holiday and so much more. Our children give back to the community with the help of our leadership and we would like to be able to do the same with them. We ask you to consider our request and send us a response, in order to finalize our corporate sponsorship list for publication, by October 15.
We will advertise for you at our event, flyers, posters, social media, newspapers and all other forms of advertisements, as well as encourage our participants to patronize your business.
