The purpose of the Organization is to develop, produce, and/or sponsor performing arts productions, orchestra concerts, and music education for the cultural enrichment of the general community, to encourage the fostering of appreciation for the performing arts, and to promote education in the performing arts.
The Organization shall engage in such activities that can result in such outcomes within constraints as described in Section 501 (c) of the Internal Revenue Code and Chapter 180 of the Massachusetts General Law.
