We support people with disabilities to live independently in the community. We are also an organization that has at least 51% of staff be people with disabilities. We support people with disabilities, and we are people with disabilities.

The services that we provide to help people achieve this goal is vast. We have a Recovery Learning community that provides a welcoming, safe, understanding, judgment-free spaces where individuals of diverse backgrounds can gather for healing and growth. To individuals recovering from mental health challenges, addiction, and/ or traumatic life experiences. Our Youth Services benefits adolescents 14-22 in many ways. They develop work readiness skills and build self-advocacy skills. They increase social and communication skills. They also develop and increase independent living skills. Nursing Home Transition Services Program assists individuals in transitioning from nursing facilities into the community. Also gives necessary supports to live independently & to avoid a nursing facility re-admission. Community Supports assists people in navigating the process of obtaining benefits and services on their path to living independently in the community. We have a number of other services that support people’s goal of living independently.
