This letter is about a special donation request. My students come to me with diverse needs, specifically behavioral and emotional needs. I use an incentive program with my students. Any student that does a “good job” at something specific (i.e. extra work, great journal, helping others) will earn a “good job” coupon. They can use these to purchase items in the classroom throughout the school year. They can also give “good job” coupons to each other to promote recognizing others for a good job or developing social skills.
Every year, I reach out to local businesses to request a donation for our annual Good Job Coupon Raffle. I have been lucky in the past to receive so many awesome prizes to use in the raffle. I would greatly appreciate if you could support our raffle.
