Every day, 46 children are told that they have cancer. Every day, 46 families have their world turned upside down. NOVAdance and the Andrew McDonough B+ Foundation strive to change that statistic. NOVAdance is a year-long fundraising effort that culminates in a 12-hour dance marathon every spring at Villanova University. The money we raise goes to the Andrew McDonough B+ (pronounced Be Positive) Foundation, a certified 501c3 organization (42-1741037), which provides emotional and financial support to families affected by childhood cancer and funds research with the hope of one day finding a cure. The B+ Foundation is especially impactful because it pairs sick children (who we call B+ Heroes) with organizations on college campuses throughout the country as a source of extra support during this challenging time. Last year, we raised over $520,000.00 for the kids.
