To increase the number of culturally responsible Black Engineers who excel academically, succeed professionally, and positively impact the community. We help the community by offering social events, professional networking events, educational events for high school and college students, and by collaborating with other minority organizations. We host professional panels with volunteers explaining their careers and offering jobs, we host cookouts and boat parties so our members can destress, and we have educational talks and a social media chat for our members to publicize their concerns in the community. We give back by providing scholarships, laptops, and trips to our annual NSBE convention as well.
