Dear Business Owner:

Oak Grove Classical Christian School is hosting a Ladies' Tea on November 9, 2018. We will hold a silent and online auction to raise money to further the education, fine arts and sports programs for our students. We have moved to a new campus and are in need of many new resources.

We are collecting merchandise/services for the event and are writing to request your support. We are hoping you can donate a gift certificate or items that we can auction. We will recognize you in our program, newsletter and Facebook as a donor. You will also have the opportunity to provide business cards and flyers for the 200+ guests/community members at the event.

Most importantly, your donation will be included in our online auction with your logo and/or a photo of your donation with a link to your website. This advertising opportunity will give your business exposure to our school members, their friends/family and beyond, reaching thousands of community members. Preview the free ads that have already been posted and will run from October 15 until November 9 at http://www.32auctions.com/OGCCS (View Items on bottom of page). We will need your donation between October 15- November 1, 2017 to be included in our online auction, however we can accept donations for the silent auction at the tea event until November 9. The sooner you send your donation, the longer your ad and website link will run and receive exposure through the online auction website. If you would also like to include a special offer for using your services, please include that offer with your donation. For example, your ad can include an offer to donate a percentage of a purchase back to the school when OGCCS is mentioned at the time of the order.

Oak Grove Classical Christian School is a 501(c)(3) organization, so all donations are tax deductible. EIN #45-2415573, tax exempt # 312058884. Please keep this letter as your receipt.
