It shall be the purpose of Oak Hill Memorial Baptist Church to do the work committed to the Church by Jesus, our Savior and Lord. Every individual, organization and group within the Church shall seek to promote the spiritual life and growth of its own members and to so exemplify the spirit of Christ and His teaching that the unsaved may be won to Christ and His Gospel preached everywhere through a World Mission Program. The Church is autonomous, yet as a Baptist Church, shall seek to coorporate with the churches of the Liberty Baptist Association, the Baptist State Convention of North Carolina, the Southern Baptist Convention, and shall send messengers to meetings when possible.
