Since its inception in 1997, Graduation Celebration has been a community-sponsored party for high school graduates in Oak Ridge, Tennessee (public, private and home school), that offers a drug- and alcohol-free, all-night celebration packed with things to do. It has always been our mission to provide the graduates with a memorable event that will keep them safe all graduation night.
