The PTA at Oakhurst Elementary School:
is dedicated to enhancing the instructional programs at Oakhurst by providing financial support to selected activities that contribute to the EL Education philosophy.
strives to enhance the school culture and sense of community by supporting programs and activities that create opportunities to build stronger relationships between parents, teachers, staff, and students.
Our annual Give A Hoot! Auction is an online and in-person event, organized by Oakhurst PTA volunteers and generously sponsored by our community. Our goal this year is to raise $60,000 through individual and business sponsorships and donations.
Our PTA uses financial donations in 3 ways: supporting our educators, supporting our students, and supporting our Oakhurst Elementary School community. This annual event raises money for needed school supplies, teacher and student enrichment and extracurricular activities, and provides aid for annual school upgrades at Oakhurst Elementary.
