We are a group of parents that have volunteered to plan, organize and execute a safe, fun, alcohol & drug-free post-graduation celebration event for the Oakville High School. We provide a safe place for our seniors to gather, celebrate and make memories. We provide them with activities, entertainment, music, food, attendance and raffles prizes. Usually we have between 200-300 students attending, which is approximately 2/3 of the graduating class. Our volunteer group relies on proceeds from fundraisers and donations to directly support this amazing event. Through your generosity and the generosity of other local businesses like yours, we can provide the graduating seniors with a fun night to celebrate with friends and classmates, as we keep them safe in our community.

Part of the night will include giveaways and raffle basket prices for the graduating seniors.  We want to make this a night to remember for our students and send them off with some great prizes to commemorate their accomplishment.

Our Request: Donation of any products, gift cards, and services suitable for a raffle basket or give away bags. We are targeting 250 kids so we will accept any donation no matter the size. This could be anything from stress balls for the giveaways bags for each student, mini fridge for the dorm room or anything in between!

Donor Recognition: All businesses supporting this event will be recognized at the event.

We are a tax exempt organization, a copy of our tax exempt letter is included in this request.
