The Bright Harbor Foundation (formerly the OceanCares Foundation) mission is to offer resources and opportunities not otherwise available for the individuals and families of Bright Harbor Healthcare. We support the mission and programs of Bright Harbor Healthcare through building community awareness, facilitating community support, promoting diversity of services, and embracing innovation. The Bright Harbor Healthcare mission is to offer a comprehensive continuum of behavioral health, substance abuse, and integrated healthcare services, which promotes full participation in community life. Our vision is that the community we serve understands the coordination of behavioral healthcare, substance abuse reovery, and physical healthcare is essential to overall health, and that our quality, consumer-driven services will assist them in achieving wellness and recovery.
