The purpose of the organization shall be to establish and maintain an organization for charitable purposes and activities for promotion of the social welfare of the community, and to foster interest among its members in the social, ecomomic, educational, civic, and cultural conditions about them: to encourage them to render volunteer service, particularly to the youth, to the incapacitated, and to the underprivileged in this community; and to coordinate the efforts of and to cooperate with other organizations performing similar services.
