I am writing to you on behalf of the Old County Road Elementary School (OCRS) PTA. The 23rd annual Snowflake Bazaar is scheduled for Saturday, December 1st, 2018 from 9-4PM. This is the school’s biggest fundraiser with approximately 1000 individuals attending the event.
The purpose of the bazaar is to raise funds to provide extra enrichment activities for all the children in our school (grades kindergarthen through 5th grade). In order for it to be as successful as it has been in the past we rely heavily on the support of local and regional businesses.
I am reaching out to ask for consideration in donating gift cards, merchandise or services. In exchange for your donation, the PTA will proudly display any signage or pamphlets you have on the day of the bazaar.
We’re aware of the large number of solicitations you receive and appreciate your consideration. The Old County Road School PTA is a nonprofit organization with 501(c)3 status (EIN 35-2365418). With your help we can provide extra enrichment activities for all the children in our school.
