Open Wings Learning Community is a progressive school in Kenosha, WI that supports the needs of complex learners, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, language delays, sensory overload, anxiety disorder, effects of trauma, and medical issues. Creating a strong foundation in the formative years is critical. This is a significant need for all children, but much more so when a special need is involved.
On February 22, 2020, Open Wings will be hosting our annual fundraising event, SOAR. The event will be held at UW Parkside and will include a cocktail hour, sit down dinner, silent and live auctions and raffles. Our goal is to raise $35,000 with 250 attendees at the event. The funds raised at this event will be used solely by Open Wings Learning Community to continue to provide students with the learning opportunities that allow them to be successful and to support bright futures.
