Oswego County Opportunities, Inc. (OCO) inspires partnerships and provides services that empower people, support communities and change lives.
It is the vision of OCO to be a leader in providing easy to access and high impact services that ensure people have the resources to meet their basic needs, housing, transportation, health care, and skills for employment and self-sufficiency.
OCO is private, non-profit organization assisting families and individuals with overcoming poverty for the past 56 years.
