Out Families helps connect families through social gatherings as a way to forge new and lasting friendships—friendships that provide support for parents and help to normalize LGBT families for kids who may not know other families like their own. We also help families find resources to start their families and continue to make them strive. We started out as a small Milwaukee Group but now have expanded into Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota and beyond. We have many families coming to our events in the Midwest, just so their children can see families that they recognize in their own home.
