The PS 40 PTA is tasked with raising over $200,000 annually in order to provide critical resources to supplement the P.S. 40 school budget and enhance many vital aspects of our children’s education. All proceeds raised directly benefit the 585 children attending P.S. 40, grades Pre-K – 5 The school uses the funds to provide teaching assistants in classrooms, professional development for teachers, library books, computer upgrades, musical instruments, and programming in wellness and in the arts such as ballroom dancing.
