P.S./I.S. 78Q PTA is committeed to academic excellence, community service, creativity, and wellness. We aim to create an environment that sparks intellectual curiosity by fostering the social, moral, physical, and emotional development of each child. We strive to build a strong and engaged parent community to supoirt the efforts and vision of our school. Ultimately, we aim to be the most well rounded public school in New York City.
