The Patrick Romano Jr Memorial Scholarship Fund is a nonprofit corporation and shall be operated exclusively for purposes within the meaning of Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, or the corresponding section of any future Federal tax code(s). This fund was established to award educational scholarships in memory of Patrick Romano Jr to a student at both the collegiate and high school educational levels on an annual basis.
Donations may also be given to other educational, recreational, athletic, and charitable nonprofit corporations.
