The mission of Paul Smith Library is to strengthen the Southern York County community and enrich individual lives. Every summer, hundreds of children participate in Paul Smith Library’s summer learning program, SummerQuest. Families have access to a variety of free events, programs, and resources that encourage and inspire children of all ages to continue learning, even when school is not in session. Annually over 45,000 people attend free, inclusive programs at Paul Smith Library.
