Pauls is an acronym for Prevent All Unwanted Litters and is a statement of our mission. We are a low-cost spay/neuter clinic that serves 7 rural TN counties. We provide financial assistance to low-income individuals who need to have their pets sterilized. This is made possible through donations, fundraisers and grants.
