Payne is a Title I school on Capitol Hill, which means that a large portion of the students come from low-income households. The Spring Carnival is critical to our fundraising efforts, and proceeds from the event will be used to secure much-needed books and supplies for classrooms, teacher training, field trips, and extracurricular activities.
