Peaceful Pastures Donkey Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing a landing spot for abused, neglected, and malnourished donkeys. We provide medical care, nutritional support, and socialization with the intention of eventually adopting them into loving homes. We also provide sanctuary for those animals who are elderly, debilitated or otherwise unadoptable. We recently expanded our mission to incorporate an adaptive learning program that will provide a means in which those who suffer from mental illness, disabilities and/or who are grieving can heal and learn coping skills through interactions with donkeys.
