The Pearl River Middle School PTA is hosting a Pocketbook Bingo Tricky Tray fundraising event. At this event guests can purchase tickets to be placed in boxes in front of the gift baskets, merchandise, and raffles. We hope to raise money for educational, cultural, and recreational initiatives for our Fifth through Seventh Grade students in Pearl River, New York.
We are writing to request a tax-deductible donation to be used as a raffle prize or a monetary donation that can be used to buy a prize sponsored by your company. Every donation will be recognized in our printed list of prizes at the event and on the prize itself, as well as verbally at the event. Grand Prizes may also be included in email blasts, flyer distributions, and other advertising outlets.
All proceeds from our event will directly support the children of Pearl River Middle School. Thank you for your consideration and generosity. Donating to this cause is a wonderful act of community involvement!
