The mission of the Peaster Education Foundation is to generate and distribute resources to enrich and expand the educational opportunities for each student of the Peaster Independent School District.
Our board of 21 members works year-round to support all teachers, staff and students of our local school district. The annual fundraising event consists of a dinner, silent and live auctions and a country music concert held at a local cutting horse ranch. We annually raise over $300,000 at this event, after expenses. All funds go back to our students and teachers in forms of scholarships, grants, supplies or continuing education. We support improving the educational experience above and beyond what the school district's budget allows.
Overall, we’re a dedicated group who works hard to support our community through the school district. A lot of fun and educational experiences have been provided to our students and teachers solely because of our fundraising efforts.
